Vito Unveils The Town and And A New Slang, "OGBU"!

' Nigerian pop artiste, Vito, is well on his way to making a name for himself in music owing to the growing success of two of his newest singles Ogbu , and The Town (featuring Nigerian Pop sensation, Solid Star). The songs, which were released simultaneously, are follow up singles to Vito's debut effort titled Sofa - featuring W4 and arguably one of 2012's biggest hits. “Ogbu,” and "The Town" are the second and third singles from Vito's yet untitled debut album, that's planned for a 2014 release under the auspices of Brodock Music Group. Not only will the album showcase Vito's talent, but it will also demonstrate the amount of emotion and personal endeavor a musician can put into their music. To ensure that all of the Delta State native's commercial and media activities are handled effectively, Brodock Music Group (BMG) recently landed Vito an exclusive management deal with Lagos based management firm, The Bail Music Company. The Artiste Development and Management firm will work to develop the artiste brand, and media profile. "Having Brodock Music and a management company like The Bail Music Company behind me opens so many doors. Most of all, they believe in me 100 percent and nothing is ever stagnant. I have already started working on some new materials, and there are solid plans in place. “ he said. The singles are currently enjoying radio play nationwide and the video to Ogbu is also getting TV attention on both local and cable TV stations. According to Vito "Ogbu" means 'Big Boy' or 'Big Spender' and can also be used to describe anyone who is "good at what they do".
